NICE Union membership provides eligible members with access to benefits, legal services, and support through a single membership. Membership is personal to you and may not be transferred. Certain features of the portal may require payment of membership dues or fees. All fees are described at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. NICE Union may change its fees from time to time upon reasonable notice.

The portal and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. NICE Union makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the portal or the information, content, or materials included on it, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NICE Union shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the portal.

NICE Union may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the portal following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
